Yes, our kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher. Cleaning products for the dishwasher are available in your room free of charge.
The external blinds/shutters can be operated directly with the switch next to the window or at the entrance to the room. In strong winds, the blinds raise automatically to prevent damage.
No, for environmental reasons our rooms do not have air conditioning. All rooms are equipped with automatic external blinds/shutters to regulate the sunlight and also offer underfloor cooling for a pleasant indoor climate. We are happy to provide you with a fan free of charge. Please inform our staff if you would like a fan.
Yes, there is a fridge in the kitchen and plenty of storage space for your groceries.
Yes, our kitchen is fully equipped, including pots, glasses, plates and all the utensils you need to ensure you can prepare delicious meals.
Yes, every kitchen has a stove so that you can prepare your meals.
No, unfortunately our rooms do not have an oven. However, there is a hob and a microwave available.
Check-out should take place by 12 noon at the latest. If you wish to check out later than 12 noon, please contact us at least 24 hours before your planned departure.
Check-in is possible from 3 pm. Should you wish to check in earlier, you are welcome to request this.
No problem. Instead, you can easily check in at reception using a tablet.
Unfortunately no, pets are not allowed in our Smart Apartments.
Yes, we offer you the option of storing your luggage free of charge before official check-in and after check-out. This allows you to organize your stay in Berlin more flexibly. On the day of departure, you can simply leave your luggage in your room and we will take it to the luggage room.
You will find the access data for the WLAN in your room. They are usually also noted in the welcome information. If you have difficulties connecting, our customer support team will be happy to help you.

Yes, there is a safe in each of our Smart Apartments for your safety and convenience. You can store valuables safely here.
We do not have our own parking lot, but there are the following options for you to park in the nearby area:
- Gabriele-Tergit-Promenade: € 3.00 per hour. It is free of charge on Sundays. As well as from 22:00 – 09:00. The machine only accepts coins.
- Köthener-Straße: This street is behind the High Park. You can park there free of charge, but the parking spaces are usually full.
- Underground parking garage “Potsdamer Platz Quartier”: It is at the intersection
“Gabriele-Tergit-Promenade” and “Reichpietschufer”. Parking there costs € 20.00 per day. No card payment possible. - Parking garage “Gleisdreick'”: The address is “Schöneberger Ufer 3, 10785 Berlin” and costs €20.00 per day. It is a 3-4 minute walk from High Park.
Yes, each of our apartments is equipped with a hairdryer. We want to make sure you have all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer for your personal grooming. The hairdryer is located in the cupboard in the living area. If you have any difficulties finding the hair dryer, you can contact our customer support team at any time.
Yes, a washing machine with integrated dryer is available in each of our Smart Apartments. We want to make sure that you can wash and dry your laundry comfortably during your stay. Detergent for the use of the washing machine is provided FREE OF CHARGE.
Yes, an iron and ironing board are available in each of our Smart Apartments. We want to make sure that you can easily care for your clothes to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Yes, we offer a daily cleaning service for our Smart Apartments. This includes cleaning the rooms, changing the towels and changing the bed linen every 3 days to ensure that your stay is comfortable and well looked after.
